- Corrosion Resistance: Excellent corrosion resistance in industrial atmospheres, fresh water, steam, organic compounds, dairy products, and mild acidic environments. Good in food, alkaline solutions, and salt atmospheres. But it does not resist contact with seawater and strong acids.
