Borosilicate Glass Balls are highly resistant to corrosion and most acids. Strong resistance to thermal shock and extended exposure to temperatures of up to 600’F(290℃). Borosilicate glass spheres are known for their superior chemical and thermal resistance, especially critical in demanding applications with harsh environments. Due to its chemical inertia to most acids, this kind of glass is particularly suitable for metering pumps and valves against strong oxidizing concentrations.
