Nylon Balls 6/6.6 offer strong corrosion and wear resistance while being lightweight. In general solvents, alkalis, weak mineral acids, and the majority of organic acids, nylon spheres are insoluble. Smooth surfaces are used on nylon balls to lessen friction-related wear.
