Satellites / Bicones

These shaped steel products are made of high-quality stainless steel wire and carbon steel wire after cold heading and polishing. They are for surface bright polishing and tumbling purposes. They are used for tumbling and bright surface polishing. After rough polishing and intermediate polishing, it is used to further polish parts, greatly enhancing the brightness of the part’s surface.

They are available in two different shapes: Satellites or Bicone.

Satellite: Flying saucer presence of a spherical cap and equatorial ring.

Bicone: The equatorial ring is absent or slightly prominent, conical cap with a flat/spherical/beveled tip.
