SDBALLS has a quality laboratory that can be used for quality control of mass production projects. The characteristic parameters specified by international standards, such as heat treatment, hardness, tolerance, roundness, roughness, crushing load, etc., can be measured and inspected strictly for each production batch.
We can also provide PPAP, 100PPM and other QC reports. For other special tests and reports required by customers (such as raw material chemical analysis, salt spray testing, ROHS certification, etc.), we can provide samples reported by third party testing institutions. Ensure and guarantee the best quality. Our test equipment is regularly calibrated by accredited test laboratories.
